Practical Deliverance Sessions – Preparation, Consent, and Follow-Up

Practical steps – how do I do it?

We recommend listening through and seeing deliverance sessions done – maybe 20-30 different ones – and also beginning to do it live with someone who is experienced. And then beginning to lead a session with someone experienced watching – to then begin to do it yourself.

How do you get people to come for deliverance?

1. And just begin to offer to pray for people – and get prayer first yourself to see if there is anything “hiding” – so you have your own testimony (if you need it of course) – and also show the humility that you are not so proud as to not maybe need some of this yourself.
   1. So, people in your church can need it. People in your family can need it. Neighbors can need it. Etc. etc. The rumor will begin to spread as you begin to also bear fruit in this area. If you do this well with wisdom, health, humility, boldness, brokenness, and persistence – you will get your hands full as you step by step and over time begin to bear real fruit.

5. Go on Discord.com – download and sign up. Find Isaiah Saldivar and GMATP and other “servers” where they do deliverance live and you can participate and learn.

Arranging the session

1. Talk with the person – agree to find a time and ask them to fill out the form and send it filled out on a PC to the mail address. The form must be sent at least 2 hours before the session.
   1. Set aside 3 hours for the “Spiritual Freedom” session. So preferably morning from 9-12 or 13-16 or 19-22.
2. It is agreed if the session should be on-site or over Zoom (Teams or similar). Zoom works just as well as on-site. It can also be in their home – but it should be an undisturbed environment to be able to focus on the freedom session.
3. If you are a man – you can do one on ones with a man. If it is with a woman, according to our policy, you must always have another woman who is with you participating in the session. And the same if you are a woman – do not do it alone for a man. This is in order to protect both you and them. So, get a hold of a woman / man who can help pray for the opposite gender. Maybe ask them to bring a lady / male friend, themselves.

Sending them important material

4. Then I send them the form via mail or WhatsApp, Messenger or similar.
5. And I send them the video’s about “preparing yourself to receive deliverance” (still to be produced) – and ask them to watch it and follow the instructions as much as they are able.

When they arrive and before the prayers start

6. When they arrive have a room in the house where you can minister relatively undisturbed.
   1. Nothing has happened to others in my family or my house or my neighbors because of me doing this ministry. We are not to be afraid and expect bad things to happen because we do this ministry. That is according to Jesus (Luke 10:19). He literally said: Nothing shall by any means harm you as you do deliverance ministry.
7. Have a tray with a paper towel, some water / coffee & mugs, and a plastic bag ready for them – as there can easily be crying, coughing, snot etc. – maybe even puke during the deliverance.
8. Before they come take at least ½ hour to go through their filled-out form and summarize it and ensure you understand what they have filled out – and ask clarifying questions before you start praying.
9. Before you start talking – start the video recording if they have agreed to that and ensure that on the recording it is stated by them and all present that they are ok with recording.

   2. Remember to get it with sound on the video – that all present are ok with the recording.
10. If the session is done over Zoom start the recording immediately. Remember to get it with sound on the video – that all present are ok with the recording.
11. Talk with them and let them know it is all voluntary and they can say no to this at any time.
12. Ask if they are ok – and that they can feel free to go to the toilet, get water etc. – also at any time during the session.

Prayer session starts

13. Take time to let them explain a little of what the main problems are.
14. Ask if they have any questions before you start.
15. If you have any clarifying questions to their filled-out form – ask them. Maybe something was unclear. Maybe something was needing clarification.
16. Especially focus on forgiveness and unforgiveness – explaining it is about letting go of judgment, hate, bitterness, accusations and letting God judge.
    1. They must forgive themselves and all others.
    2. They must let go of hurt, bitterness, accusations, and false conceptions about God. God is only good.
17. Then do the general prayer to cancel all legal rights.
18. Then do the prayer to command the highest-ranking demon to come forward.

19. Very practical deliverance techniques and questions:
    1. Ask the Holy Spirit to shine His light on the areas that need to be dealt with. Close the doors, repent, lock the open doors through renunciation. And then command any spirits – by the name of their function – who gained access to leave you.

Follow up after the session

20. Set up a time to talk 14 days after the session to evaluate if there is complete freedom or more sessions are needed – and also to help them take over and plant the Word of God and live out the freedom in the areas where they used have enemy infestations.
