As a disciple and discipler in Action Christianity, as an “Action Christian”, I agree that
- God is good, holy, love, life, peace, justice, light, power, truth, purity, honor, glory, patient, one, and He is the most loving, the perfect Friend of Friends. I strive to live out His image in me, His Spirit in me – bringing Him, His Kingdom, His will, His personality and character, Heaven to earth – also through the Spirit’s power.
- I believe in the core confessions of Christian faith found here: https://worldea.org/who-we-are/statement-of-faith
- On moral issues. I believe that for believers, sex is only to be had after a wedding before God and people (law, friends, and family) and it is between a husband (male) and wife (female).
- I believe in living out the Sermon on the Mount, the Great Commandment and the Great Commission with my whole heart.
- I believe in getting all my needs satisfied in the pure fiery love of the Father – not in any other substance, spirit, or person.
- I believe in having a humble, gentle, submitted to God first, bold, patient, self-controlled, faithful, joyful, mild, loving, gracious character.
- I believe in and practice generosity both by sharing my life, money and things within reasonable healthy boundaries. I believe in being hospitable to strangers. I also believe in tithing to my local church and giving gifts on top of that as I am able and led by God.
- As an obedient disciple and leader who is a role model before others and is directly under Jesus I commit to:
- Often to spend time alone one on one with the Father.
- Often to read the Bible – and as I do I desire to develop a routine of hearing and obeying God. For this reason, I will be asking the 4 following questions when reading the Bible:
- What does this passage say? (How do I put it in my own words?)
- What is the main principle in this passage?
- What should I do to obey this passage? (How do I apply it in my life?)
- Who can I teach and show what I have just learned?
- To be open and transparent about major sins and struggles in my life – so that I can get help when needed. I will live in mutual friendly accountability towards leaders and those I lead. At least once a year I go through a deep curse breaking interrogation style, soul-part and personality part inner healing and deliverance session.
- To be a disciple, who makes disciples, who make disciples etc. So, be a role model for others to follow in honesty, humility, gradual progress, and the power of God (Matt 10:7-8) in the faith.
