My Life and Toolbox – How I Lived as a Disciple-Making Disciple With a Full-Time Job
SHARE
This is how I lived as a disciple-making disciple while working full time – my weekly rhythm, time with God, tools, and first steps you can copy.
(Acts 17:11: Please learn to do your own Bible studies like this one – here.)
This Is What I Do – This Is How My Days, Weeks, and Life Look
(This is how it looked when I had a full-time job.)
In a simple way this is what I encourage you to aim to structure your week to look like:
Weekly Attitude Plan for a Disciple-Making Disciple
- Often: 1 on 1 with Daddyo. Relate well to Daddy – first, then obey all He commanded through Jesus.
- Refuel by proactively chosen choice: Headset – Bible + worship + teaching
- Engaged and submitted to Christ and His Word – and mutually in leadership covenant and relationship to like-minded “crazies”
- Eat well, sleep well, relax well, exercise well, be right before God first – and with your family
Weekly Activities Average
- 1 Night: Home fellowship daily if possible – at least weekly.
- All Sunday:
- Participate actively in weekly public meetings.
- Begin to visit other people’s homes in the group and help them lead their friends to Jesus through the fullness of the toolset of Holy Spirit identity and power and authority and truth.
- Lead home fellowship 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6: Output – you now disciple people who disciple others. Help others do the same.
- 1 night: Invite people for healing, deliverance, inner healing, prophecy, baptism in Holy Spirit, and to raise the dead, blind people, kill trees, raise the dead etc.
- 1 night: Go out – find the person of peace, disciple, baptize, train, send.
- 1 day: Saturday – Shabbat. Rest in God and with family / friends.
- Share the stories with all – both privately and publicly and using Social Media – as allowed by the participants.
- Participate actively to 2-4 yearly camps.
3 Nights / evenings a week
1 Full day of rest
1 Full day of serving, training, giving, receiving.
Goal – 2-3 nights a week: Visit various people from home fellowship to disciple, train heal, multiply.
This is the discipleship commitment covenant between you and God that I made to go along with it:
- Quality hang time with Daddyo: In short. He’s a Friend. He’s there in the room with me. Religious routines, many words and repetitions are not welcome or desired. I hang out with Him as I would with a Friend. Talking, sharing life, saying hi. Asking Him how He is. Telling Him some about my life. Taking time to pray in tongues and natural language, while also listening for inspiration from God and writing down to-do’s and truths in His presence. While listening to great worship music. Listening to and reading the Bible and Christian books. I seek to have this quality time often – hopefully more every day – to really – non-religiously connect with the true Jesus – my Lord, God, Savior, Friend, Dad, Leader, Sanctifier, Forgiver, Healer, Deliverer. Here it is all about truly – at the deepest heart level – to build a heart-to-heart friendship, a relationship with my Daddyo.
- Why is this so important? To hear from your Dad directly, personally, and from the Word gives you boldness and authority and identity strength in Him to go against the lies of the enemy whether they come from yourself, people or the enemy or a combo of those or other sources. He will call you to repent.

- Challenging and arresting any and all limitations – put on me by church tradition, my past, those closest to me or myself – and the enemy at the end of the day. Listening to Kevin Zadai is good for that.
- Destroying self-pity or any other excuse for doing this and taking responsibility for my fruit, my life, my obedience, my heart, my faith, my action, my time, my relationship with God through faith in Jesus.

- Serving my family and putting my family first. Not in front of God – but ahead of all other things than myself and God. Leading myself and them closer to God.
- Being an involved part of a living local church which believes and practices the same: Acts 2:46 They met daily in the temple and from home to home. Church in the Greek = ecclesia – the called out & gathered ones. Hebrews 10:25: Do not forsake the assembling together of yourselves.
- A deep, unshakable decision to always go out doing this either alone or with anyone who wants – to “Join the new sport” Just 2 nights a week to start with: heal the sick & talk with people every Thursday and Saturday evening from 18:00 to 21:00 or more often – even in the winter – go door to door or invite people home or invite yourself to their homes in order to do Matt & Luke 10 – Jesus did all of that.
- Maintaining a WhatsApp group where I invite people to come out with me to heal the sick, cast out demons, raise the dead and see people saved, baptized in the Holy spirit, get baptized in water, repent, and become full of fire disciples. As possible – every Thursday and Saturday evening from 18:00 – 21:00 – or even more often.
- Being a part of and being mentored to lead or leading one or more home fellowships – once a week or several times a week.
